 FROM OUR KITCHEN

*We have a new cook his name is Nurettin. He is kind and very experienced with 20 year experienced in the business as a chef of 5 Star Hotels. We are happy to have him.  Arrangements for any kind of meals can be tailored to meet individual requirements (no salt, vegetarian, spicy not spicy low fat etc.)

*Aylin is new as well. She is our kitchen helper and pizza maker she is very active and happy lady. *We improved our Bokkum bap dish with the help of Mr. Jun and associate, who are hotel reviewers for a Korean travel book from korea. Mr. Jun gave us a great recipe and lesson, for this popular Korean dish witch is our specialty. Thanks Mr. Jun!!!!!!!

*Sertac,  our tourist guide, still working with us doing a great job with our daily tours to Pamukkale, Afrodicias. And Ephesus.
 *November 27th we celebrated our holiday KURBAN BAYRAMI.
 It is a celebration our families get together and share food and express their love and generosity. KURBAN BAYRAMI is actually the feast of sacrifice also known as the .COW FESTIVAL. Every Muslim home is obligated to offer a sacrifice on this day. The meat may be eaten by the family but, a distribution of a generous share to the poor should also be made.
